We are happy to invoice vendors directly if preferred (advance payment required).

 

All photography, floor plans and tours are turned around within 24 hours from the end of the shoot day, unless specified otherwise. Video footage may take slightly longer.

 

Above pricing applies to residential sales and lettings properties upto a listing price of £1m.

 

Matterport hosting after the first 3 months is £15+VAT/month (available in 6 month blocks).

 

Coverage is Leeds and surrounding areas (upto 20 miles). Travel fees may apply to properties outside of this area.
